KICKING GOALS
An 8 week commitment towards personal achievement!!

KICKING GOALS requires participants to establish 4 specific goals. 1 major personal goal which could be anything and 3 goals that are directly aimed at improving your health and fitness:
1. Performance Goal | 2. Physical Goal |
3. Nutritional Goal | 4. Personal Goal |
KICKING GOALS is: An 8 week period of commitment from you; all goals will be written down (and placed on display if desired) and you will be accountable to these goals. Your actions for 8 weeks will be based on achievement, achievement in what you have set for yourself. You will be provided with assistance, Hybrid will help with training, and basic meal plans, weekly recording sheets monitoring behaviour towards your goal. Also available to help with motivation will be:
· BIO AGE test - for only $80. Do a before and after BIO AGE test and save 40% off regular cost. BIO AGE testing can be arranged for Saturday 18th August/ Monday 20th August or at other times to suit if you start KICKING GOALS after the 20th August.
· Measurements – have your measurements taken before the event. Do this yourself or see Shaun to organise on Saturday 18th or Monday 20th August.
· Setting goals template designed by Hybrid Fitness to assist in setting achievable goals
· Weekly self assessment sheet to track progress
· Before and after photos – it is advised that you take a before and after photo from front, side and back angles with minimal clothing on.
· Sample meal plan from Hybrid to assist with food intake.
· Hybrid support and guidance on offer throughout the 8 weeks.
All this and the cost is only $15 per person to participate in KICKING GOALS
KICKING GOALS is designed for you to give the boot to winter by achieving specific goals. It’s about accountability, taking control of your life, being confident and strong and proud of what you are able to do.
