Getting to Know.................................................Anna Campbell
Getting to know is back for 2013. First member to be profiled for this year is Anna Campbell. Anna is a member that is into accomplishment, she sets herself challenges and goes out and conquers them. You will learn what I am talking about once you read through her profile. Anna is an all rounder, she is fit, strong and has a thirst for fitness training. Its not uncommon for Anna's car to be parked at the Gym, she will be off running the streets then turns up and completes class. Enjoy the first getting to know for 2013.
How did you discover Hybrid? Some friends had started attending some classes, they had so much praise for it that I finally decided to give it a go - and I have never looked back.
What were your thoughts after your first class at Hybrid?
"I'm Hooked" My first class was a crossfit class and it was the freshness I had been craving.
Favourite Hybrid Class?
Crossfit - the hardest & most rewarding class I've ever done.
Favourite Hybrid exercise?
Burpees
Exercise your not so fond of?
Sit Kicks
What changes in your health, physique and performance have you observed since starting at Hybrid?
Since starting at Hybrid I have found that my fitness, strength & endurance have increased significantly.
Tell us something no one knows about you or people would be surprised to know about you?
I used to be overweigth and very shy.
What is your favourite music to workout too?
Rock for sure e.g. Nickelback.
Which Hybrid member inspires you most and why?
Jen for sure, Fit, strong, beautiful and funny.
Proudest accomplishment thus far at Hybrid?
Being part of the "August Angst" 4hr Tough Mudder training session & learnign how to climb a rope.
What are your goals for 2012?
Compete in some longer Triathalons, run some PB's in some 1/2 marathons, do Tough Mudder & work on continuing to increase my overall fitness and strength.

Determined

Describe your sporting background or any sporting fitness accomplishments to date:
For approximately the last 6 years I have been playing hockey, soccer, competing in fun runs of various distances including a 42km marathon, doing triathaolns, ocean swims & a 110km cycle form Mt Mitchell to Inverell
When looking back on 2013 your highlight major accomplishment for the year will be?
Doing Tough Mudder with the awesome Hybrid Team.
